A FREE CHECKING account to honor those 55 years and older. Besides services granted under the ABC Checking, Heritage 55 customers enjoy free cashier's check, free traveler's checks, free money orders, and a discount on available safe deposit boxes. AmBank's on-line bill payer service is free for the first 20 items. After that, there is a $0.50 per item.

Business
Small Business Checking

Our one to another small business account is easy for new or small businesses. With a minimum balance requirement of only $300, there are no fees for the first 20 checks. For the 21st and subsequent checks, a $0.15 per check charge applies. A $6 per month service fee applies for balances below the minimum. This account is ideal for those with low-volume checking activity.

Business Analysis Account

For those businesses with high-volume checking activity, this account allows you to pay only for the services rendered. Charges are assessed according to the activity of the account, however, earning credits can reduce or eliminate those charges based upon the average monthly balance. A $6 monthly service charge applies. ACH (Automated Clearing House) options are available for paying bills or running payroll for a fee of $5.00 per month, plus $0.50 per item for the 21st and subsequent item.

Interest-Bearing Checking Accounts
Super NOW

Our basic interest-bearing checking account, Super NOW features tiered interest rates* and there is no per-check charge. An $8 monthly service charge applies to balances below $500.

Heritage 55 Plus

For those 55 years and older, this account offers unlimited check-writing, tiered interest rates*, and no per-check charge. A $6 service fee is applied to balances below $500. Heritage 55 customers enjoy free cashier's check, free traveler's checks, free money orders, and a discount on available safe deposit boxes.

Platinum

Features a tiered interest rate and unlimited check-writing. This account requires a minimum daily balance of $1500. Platinum customers are eligible for free cashier's checks. free traveler's checks, free money orders, and a major credit card with no annual fee. If your balance drops below the minimum, a $12 service fee applies.

Money Market

For consumers and businesses who want to earn competitive interest with easy access to their funds, our money market account requires a $1,000 minimum balance to earn interest. This account features tiered interest rates.* While federal regulations limit withdrawals for third-parties, you may make unlimited in-person, telephone, or internet transfers from one AmBank account to another. If your balance drops below $1,000, a $10 service fee applies.

Note: Current law allows business checking accounts for sole proprietorships to earn interest.

Savings Accounts
ABC Savings

The traditional savings account for consumers or small businesses, this account offers a flat interest rate with quarterly statements. Six withdrawals may be made per quarter without charge (a fee of $1 is assessed for each excess withdrawal). There is a $3 service charge per quarter on balances below $50.

ABC Minor Savings

A great place for you little one's assets (offered to those under 18 with parent or guardian), this account is the same as our regular, ABC Savings, except that there are no minimum balance fees assessed . This account is a great way to teach your children to learn to manage their own money or to help them save for that new bike, college or whatever their dreams may be!
