AmBank opened for business in the summer of 1996. AmBank was organized by long time bankers from Utah County. The founders brought together investors confident in community banks and the positive impact they make on the local community. Many of these individuals were part of another successful local bank, Wasatch Bank. AmBank was founded for the purpose of providing local community banking services to our friends, neighbors and associates.
